The Global Exposome Cohort Catalogue is an international registry, based on the FAIR principle, of exposome cohorts with worldwide coverage. The objective is to generate a shared, public space for findability/discovery of cohorts with datasets that are relevant for the exposome field (i.e., that can contribute to answering exposome-related research questions), containing source metadata for each listed resource. We define a cohort as: a longitudinal population (birth, mother-child, adolescent, adult, or multi-generational) in which individual-level data are collected on health outcomes and/or exposures of interest. The Global Exposome Cohort Catalogue hosts metadata for each cohort, focusing on elements such as (Type of Cohort, Timing and duration of data collection, Exposure domains covered [e.g., chemical, urban, lifestyle, social], Geographical scope, Contact information for dataset access, Link to external website or data repository).

Algorithmic management at work and Mental Health
Description
What: AM-MENTAL is a longitudinal cohort study representative of working adults in Spain that examines exposure to algorithmic management and its association with mental health and well-being.
Why: The cohort was created because algorithmic management is rapidly expanding in the labour market, while its mental health implications are poorly understood and insufficiently addressed in regulation.
What for: The purpose is to generate robust evidence on psychosocial risks linked to algorithmic management and identify groups that may be particularly vulnerable. Results are intended to inform policy, regulation, and workplace practices through evidence-based recommendations developed with stakeholder involvement.
How: The cohort follows a representative working population over time using repeated survey data, measuring exposure to algorithmic management, working conditions, mental health outcomes, musculoskeletal pain and occupational injuries.
